Quality Clinical Reports Our clinical reports are sent via your preferred format (electronically or via fax) to the patient's nominated GP the next day. Special Patient Instructions Our doctors can access any special instructions for your high care patients.	Clinical Advisory Group Our Clinical Advisory group is responsible for setting all clinical policies, as well as offering valuable advice and mentoring.	Routine Requests Denied Our service is only for urgent, episodic illness and injury. Routine care request are triaged back to the patient's General Practitioner.


Patient Feedback We survey patients regularly after a home visit, and use feedback for continuous quality improvement.	Frequent Callers Policy We closely monitor and restrict frequent callers, and work collaboratively with Practices to refer patients back to the care of their General Practitioner.	Admin Support We have a dedicated team of GP Practice Coordinators that can help with accreditation documents, 13SICK patient information materials or diverting your phones after-hours.


Saving EDs for Emergencies Our doctors help to reduce pressure on Emergency Departments and ambulance services by providing urgent care when alternatives are limited.
